South Korean investigators probing Yoon for alleged insurrection asked a Seoul court on Friday to extend his detention after he refused to be questioned.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm62jo8uq00043b6m07nrek10@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            The Seoul Western District Court said it approved the detention warrant requested by the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials (CIO).    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm62jo8uq00053b6mkc2ezvwa@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            The reason for the approval was \u201cconcern that the suspect may destroy evidence,\u201d the court said in a statement.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm62jo8uq00063b6m70t4jnk4@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            Under the new warrant, Yoon can be detained for up to 20 days.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm62jo8uq00073b6m4387ng9c@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            He is being held at the Seoul Detention Center.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cm62jo8uq00083b6mex9fvjem@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">            So far, Yoon has stonewalled efforts by the CIO to interrogate him, refusing to attend questioning.
